What happens in a session.

Sessions happen in the privacy of your home or wherever you choose for privacy and safety. The work is equally effective in person or by phone, zoom or Whatsapp.

Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, and some sessions go for up to 2 hours. There is no extra charge for longer sessions. You're progress is more important than the clock!


You are always in charge of your session so you stay safe and it's impossible to do wrong. There is no need to tell your old stories again. This is different - RIM gently dips you into your own closed-eye journey to follow whatever shows up for you. This allows you to safely dip beneath the thinking part of your brain into the hidden root causes that have been running the show without conscious awareness. Most clients are surprised at how easily and deeply they progress and feel lighter and freer at the end of a session.

Deep healing changes everything 

Even when life feels like constant pressure and you can always find evidence that whatever you do is still “not enough.” You are enough.


Stress, anxiety, indecision, broken relationships, poor health, chronic pain, overwhelm, depression, and trauma are often symptoms of old, stuck emotions. Those emotions can frequently be dissolved more easily than you might imagine.


Whether the root is childhood experiences, current situations, or inherited ancestral trauma, RIM works beneath logic to reach the real source of the issue. When the root shifts, your present‑day experience can finally change.

Why I Do This Work
I’ve spent most of my life chasing “enoughness.”
I grew up learning to worry about what everyone else thinks and to look successful on the outside, no matter how I felt inside. I got very good at performance: being the responsible one high achiever.

On the inside, it was a constant hum of anxiety, self‑doubt, and pressure to be "more.” There was always another bar to clear. Rest, joy, and self‑acceptance were for other people.

For decades, I tried to think and work my way out of that feeling. Self help books, personal growth workshops, mindset tools, spiritual journeys taught me a lot, and helped. But they didn’t fully touch the deep, embodied sense of “never enough” that lived in my nervous system. I could understand my patterns, but I couldn’t feel different in a lasting way.

When I discovered RIM, it felt like someone had finally handed me the missing piece.

Instead of talking about my stories and thinking about my behavior, I was guided into the emotions, images, and body sensations underneath. I got to meet the younger parts of me that still carried fear, shame, and responsibility, and actually release what they had been holding. I walked out of my early RIM sessions feeling lighter, calmer, and more myself than I had in years. The situations in my life hadn’t changed overnight, but my experience of them had.

That was the turning point.

Over the next decade, I trained closely with RIM creator Dr. Deb Sandella and became a RIM Master Facilitator and Trainer, teaching hundreds of coaches and therapists how to use RIM with their own clients. I also spent ten years on Jack Canfield’s team, supporting thousands of his students through deep transformational work with RIM. Along the way, I even gave a TEDx talk on “Enoughness,” because this question of never feeling like we are enough has been at the center of my own journey since before I could form memories. I really do understand how relentless that feeling can be.

Now I help other high‑functioning, deeply feeling humans who are tired of holding everything together while quietly wondering if they’re fundamentally broken or “too much.”

My work is not about fixing you - because you are not broken. It’s about gently dissolving the old emotional imprints that keep you stuck in overthinking, over‑functioning, and never‑enoughness, so you can experience what it’s like to move through the world feeling resourced, connected, and at home in yourself.

The Research and Science of RIM
RIM was created by Dr Deb Sandella, founder of the RIM Institute nearly thirty years ago. Backed by research published in 2025 by the University of Colorado, a single RIM session led to significant decreases in depression, anxiety, and stress for 100% of subjects. Read the whole story...

Important clarification
RIM is a powerful tool used by many therapists and coaches and can feel very therapeutic, but by itself it is not therapy. It can be safely used by well‑trained coaches and other professionals without crossing professional boundaries.

​RIM is not for clients diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, or Borderline Personality Disorder. In the RIM process, we do not diagnose, prescribe, or engage in psychological manipulation.
By purchasing RIM sessions, you must understand RIM® is a form of transformational facilitation that unleashes inner resources for self-insight and healing.  Through this process, you have the opportunity to observe, learn about, and clear emotions and behavioral patterns that have blocked you from having what you want.  You accept and take full responsibility for what you may learn and the feelings you may have that develop during or subsequent to the RIM® session.  
Operating from a holistic model, RIM® is very different than psychotherapy, traditional counseling and life coaching. You understand that your RIM® Facilitator is not practicing psychological therapy or counseling.  And except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Michael Kline, or other RIM facilitator from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your session(s).
